勉強は嫌いでも英語を身につけたい

Hello everyone & A Happy New Year!

I came back from Kyoto to Nagoya.

I will write a lot of story about English and so on in my blog so please keep in touch this year.

Since I'm coming back to my hometown Kyoto today, this is the last article in this year.

I think I want to write about English more in detail and help improving our(your) English from now on.

But there might be a lot of time when I don't write. Then please wait with a gentle feeling patiently.

Of course I am also beginner to study English. So I will try studying English hard in future.

Thank you for reading my report this year. I will continue writing about English next year.

May I study with all of you in future!

I spent a lot of time to study English this year. I think I could improve my English very much in listening though I couldn't make progress very much in TOEIC score.

I couldn't listen to and understand English on the web BBC or VOA except proper noun like Iraq and so on a year ago .

Now I can't understand all but I can listen to about 60 or 70% English.

I might have written that I could listen to about 60% or 70% English a few months ago but now I can say I can listen to English more clearly than a few months ago.

But of course I can't understand English immediately after listening to English. So I must practice again and again to improve my English.

My challenge is continued from now on.

私が英会話学校を卒業してはや2ヶ月が経つ。その間英語を話す機会と言うのは正直無かったのだが、友人たちと英語でメールをすることで何とか英語発信の練習を続けている。

時にはローマ字を用いることで日本語をミックスさせることもあるが、基本は英語だ。

ただ厳しいのは、僕らがやり取りしている英語が正しいのかどうかわからないところだ。とは言え、英会話学校でもそうであったように、間違いを恐れていては前に進むのが容易ではないので、とりあえずイケイケドンドンで頑張って書いている。

まぁ日本語ミックスの英語に正しいも間違っているも無いといわれれば、返す言葉も無い。

It is 2months since I graduated from my English school. Then I haven't had a time to speak English. But I have continued using English when I send e-mail to my friends.

I sometimes mix Romaji-Japanese in those sentences.But I use English basically.

It is difficult for us to check our English is right or not. But if I hesitate to write mail in English,I can't improve my English so I try to write anything in English.

If I am told that English mixed japanese is not correct English,I can't say anything.
 

Yesterday I was asked direction to near reasonable restaurant by foreigner's couple.

I didn't have any confidence to tell them in English so I drew a map around the area and I explained.

Recently I have been often spoken to by foreigner.I don't know why they speak to me.

Perhaps I may be seen to be able to speak English by foreigner.If it is so,I am very happy.

But I don't like only looking so I will try hard to study English from now on.

I received an e-mail from my friends from university.They are married couple & both of them are my friends.

The mail's content was their daughter was born.

I was very happy so I called them to celebrate.

They seems to be busy so I only talked to him.

Probably I will go to their house this summer.I'm looking forward to seeing them.
